The Mill at Simon Pearce in Quechee: Voted one of "America's Most Romantic Restaurants" by Travel and Leisure, the Mill at Simon Pearce attentively serves fresh American cuisine with the backdrop of the Ottauquechee River waterfall and covered bridge. Local dishes include summer vegetable pappardelle with sweet basil pesto cream and local squash, or a pan roasted red snapper escovitch deliciously flavored with thyme beurre blanc.
