Boston

The “big small town” city of Boston is teeming with history. Its story, legends, beauty and true American spirit make it one of the world’s favorite cities. Our properties are located on the most photographed streets in the US, only steps away from gorgeous Charles Street boutiques, famous chef restaurants, the Freedom trail, Newbury Street, Back Bay, MGH, and the downtown financial district. You can leave the car at home.

Beacon Hill, arguably the most picturesque neighborhood in America, is a portal back in time to the beginnings of this nation. The untouched colonial architecture, from the cobblestoned streets to the wrought iron railings, lets you see exactly what Paul Revere’s roaming grounds looked like. The whole neighborhood is a legendary work of art, and your stay with The Braxton delivers the experience of the 18th-Century American elite lifestyle.

DINING IN Boston

Boston is revered for its authenticity and classic American vibe. A tribute to the cultural melting pot that founded this nation, it’s home to a delectable variety of cuisines that suit any taste. Here are some of our favorites:

  • Menton. A French-Italian hybrid cuisine restaurant in an elegant setting, with unique selections like venison tartare and dry aged rib eye.

  • O ya. Setting the highest bar for Japanese dining, owners Tim and Nancy Cushman turn food into art at one of the best restaurants in all of New England. The adventure begins with the eyes, with gloriously plated foods like kumamoto oyster with watermelon pearls and cucumber mignonette, and ends with an adventure your palette will adore.

  • The Paramount. A local icon that serves traditional American comfort food. Among the many menu choices, you can enjoy a classic egg and bacon breakfast or a fresh, fully vegan Buddha bowl, for the more health-inclined.

  • Tatte. A bakery with all kinds of breakfast and midday delights, top notch lattes and the best pastries in town. They also have a large brunch menu, including scrambled eggs, savory breakfast sandwiches and Greek-style pancakes.
